Leave my spinners alone!

There is proposed legislation to ban spinning hubcaps in Iowa. Apparently the esteemed Representative from Council Bluffs considers them a hazard because he was too stupid to figure out that a vehicle stopped at a stop sign was "really" stopped because his hubcaps were spinning. Give me a freaking break. What a waste of my tax dollars to be arguing this crap. Any idiot that can't figure out that a one and half ton vehicle is not moving should not have a freaking license
I actually have a set of spinners on my car. They are very cool, do not present a hazard, and this guy is a moron.
